Caseworkers and other people who gather information about you must keep your file information private. They are not allowed to tell others about you unless that information is shared to help you or your family get the services you need.

You have a right to know what information is being kept about you in your file. It might include your history, places where you have lived or programs, services and plans that have been given to you.
